CORPORATE ACTIONS FUNDS - M/F

ppFor a premium Private Wealth Management entity, I am looking for a Corporate Actions Funds - M/F /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCross analyze information received: custodians swifts, agent/Funds prospectus and financial providers (such as Bloomberg, Telekurs) /li liCreate adequate corporate event in the corporate action database /li liAnswer to questions from Relationship Managers, other internal departments, external parties including clients. /li liWrite announcement to Relationship Managers and Clients /li liReconcile holdings, determine entitlements, manage pending positions. /li liCollect and follow up on instructions /li liTransmit instructions to our correspondents, Funds manager and/or other external parties, control of their safe delivery and acceptance /li liBook corporate actions events in clients’ accounts (cash and/or securities) /li liReview the overnight bookings /li liFollow-up on various topics and issues over the lifecycle of a Corporate Action /li liInterchange from one pool to the other, depending on needs /li liCollaborate with others team members outside the assigned pool /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liThink in "Problem-Action-Results" terms /li liBe proactive and driven /li liShow strong client service ethic /li liMaintain quality standards despite schedule pressures /li liHighly organized, manage tight deadlines within a high-risk environment, ability to work under pressure /li liStrong analytical skills with an ability to identify problems and propose solutions. /li liExpress opinions and criticism in a constructive way /li liBe a continuous learner /li liAdaptability, self-motivation and teamwork /li liGood understanding of the risks inherent to the corporate actions environment and demonstrate good discipline around control and escalation. /li liBuild lasting client relationships /li liConsistently comply with internal external regulation /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
