Securities & Funds Reconciliation Officer – M/F in Genève

ppTemporary assignment – 12 months, with potential extension /ppFor one of our long-standing banking partners in Geneva, we are currently looking for an experienced bSecurities Funds Reconciliation Officer /b to join its Back-Office Operations team. /ppWorking within a team of experienced professionals, you will be responsible for reconciliation activities across securities and investment funds, with a strong focus on investigation, accuracy and follow-up of discrepancies. /ph3Your main responsibilities will include: /h3ulliReconciliation of securities and fund positions across various depositaries /liliManual booking of statements not automatically reconciled, particularly for Hedge Funds /liliIdentification, analysis and investigation of reconciliation breaks /liliMonitoring and follow-up of pending securities and fund items /liliManagement and follow-up of ongoing reconciliation cases /liliFollow-up with counterparties and depositaries regarding missing statements /liliContribution to the smooth running of Back-Office operations /li /ulh3Your profile: /h3ulliMinimum b2 years of experience in Securities and/or Funds Reconciliation /b /liliGood understanding of Back-Office banking activities /liliStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy /liliMeticulous, proactive and well-organised approach /liliSolution-oriented and pragmatic mindset /liliStrong interpersonal skills and team spirit /liliComfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment /liliGood command of the MS Office suite /liliKnowledge of bGTMatch, GTExchange and/or Globus /b would be a strong asset /liliFrench and English proficiency /li /ulpThis opportunity would suit a reliable and hands-on professional looking to join a dynamic banking operations environment and contribute quickly to a specialised reconciliation team. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
