For one of our long-standing banking partners in Geneva, we are currently looking for an experienced Investment Funds Officer to join its Operations team.
Within an international and dynamic environment, you will be involved in the full operational lifecycle of Investment Fund orders, from placement through to booking.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Placement of orders, subscriptions, redemptions and switches for Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Limited Partnerships
- Management and monitoring of Investment Fund orders
- Daily interaction with Fund Administrators and brokers
- Follow-up of orders and booking into the core banking system
- Monitoring and control of pending cash entries and pending trades
- Middle Office support to Group entities and Relationship Managers
- KYC reviews and account openings
Your profile:
- Previous experience within Investment Funds / Banking Operations
- Good understanding of the Investment Fund industry and related operational processes
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage significant volumes and work effectively under pressure
- Proactive, reliable and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong team spirit and client-service orientation
- Good command of Excel and Word
- Knowledge of GTMatch and GTExchange would be a strong asset
- Fluent in French and English
