Specialised Customs Tariff Employee (French / German) (M/F)
For this, you are a technical expert responsible for the classification of goods.
Your tasks are to:
- check and determine customs codes as well as the origins of purchased or manufactured goods, - work closely with internal partners (purchasing, sales, development) and external partners (suppliers, customs services) to ensure data accuracy, - manage customs master data in the ERP, - collaborate with team colleagues to carry out customs declarations and ensure regulatory compliance (import/export), - provide your expertise to the company on customs regulations, rules of origin and free trade agreements.
Profile
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee. - You have specialised in transport/customs, hold a federal customs declarant certificate or similar training, or have proven experience in tariff and origin declaration fields. - You are proficient in French and German, both spoken and written. English is a plus. - You have very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, and good knowledge of an ERP system. - You are an autonomous, precise and rigorous person, organised and with a good ability to work in a team.
