Your main tasks include selecting and monitoring suppliers, negotiating prices and contracts, as well as ensuring the availability of goods in the required quality and on time. You monitor market and price developments, ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards, and work closely with the quality assurance, logistics and sales departments. You also contribute, through strategic assortment management, to optimising costs, availability and customer satisfaction.
