About the Role
You will work as a senior manager in the FFB IT Governance Team within the FFB Technology department.
Responsibilities
- Organize and optimize the operating model for IAM/PAM following FFB policies and procedures.
- Help FFB business and technology teams manage application access in line with regulatory requirements.
- Create and maintain authorization concepts, including segregation of duties requirements.
- Collaborate with FFB application teams and external software vendors, providing application access.
- Participate in projects to ensure proper IAM/PAM coverage for new or changed applications.
- Implement, run, and continuously improve IAM/PAM related governance controls.
Qualifications
- Experience heading up teams and empowering them to grow.
- Empathetic team player with in‑depth knowledge of German and international financial service regulation (e.g., MaRisk, BAIT, DORA).
- Background in the financial industry and experience in 2nd or 1st line of defense roles.
- Robust knowledge of information security best practices, including policies, guidelines and standards.
- Experience with common IAM/PAM solutions such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk.
- Solid knowledge and experience with IT system landscapes (on‑premise, cloud, networks, APIs) and their security and compliance aspects.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑resolution skills and strong communication skills across hierarchical levels.
- Fluent in German and English (written and oral).
