The goal is to establish a clear, complete, and implementable requirements foundation that serves as the basis for development, integration, and operations. /ppThis role acts as a key interface between business, architecture, development, and operations, ensuring that requirements are efficiently captured, well understood, and sustainably implemented, especially in complex and heterogeneous IT environments (e.g., legacy systems, middleware, integrations). /ppResponsibilities and Key Tasks: /pulliCapture and structure technical requirements from business units and IT stakeholders /liliTranslate business needs into clear technical specifications /liliAnalyze existing systems, processes, and data flows (including legacy environments) /liliCreate and maintain clear and structured documentation (e.g., Confluence, Jira) /liliDefine interfaces, data formats, and integration requirements /liliCollaborate closely with architecture, development, operations, and external partners /liliEnsure end-to-end traceability of requirements across the lifecycle /liliSupport prioritization and evaluation of requirements /liliIdentify dependencies, risks, and optimization opportunities /liliFacilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions /liliEnsure quality, completeness, and consistency of requirements /liliSupport testing, acceptance, and handover to operations /li /ulh3Requirements /h3pProfessional Requirements: /pulliDegree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification /liliSeveral years of experience in requirements engineering within complex IT environments /liliExperience with integration and middleware technologies (e.g., messaging, APIs, file transfer) /liliStrong understanding of IT architectures, system landscapes, and data flows /liliExperience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms /liliFamiliarity with agile and/or traditional project methodologies /li /ulpMethodological Skills: /pulliStrong analytical and structured working approach /liliAbility to present complex topics in a clear and understandable way /liliExperience in modeling processes and requirements /liliHigh quality standards and focus on sustainable solutions /li /ulpPersonal Skills: /pulliExcellent communication and facilitation skills /liliAbility to bridge the gap between business and IT /liliHigh level of ownership and proactivity /liliStrong team player with assertiveness /li /ulpJoin Fides Treasury Services AG as a Technical Requirements Engineer to innovate in global multibank connectivity.
