As part of our development, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Mandate Manager to join our dynamic team.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows: Manage a portfolio of diverse clients, including SMEs as well as international companies.
Supervise and coordinate all accounting, tax, payroll, and administrative activities for our clients.
Oversee the work of senior and junior accountants assigned to these files.
Ensure the quality and compliance of services in accordance with current standards.
Support and advise clients on strategic and operational issues.
Lead and train a team of collaborators.
Actively contribute to the development of the fiduciary’s activities.
You will benefit from operational autonomy in the daily management of standard files, while respecting internal procedures and the directives of your superior.
Complex files, notably specific technical aspects and major tax or organisational recommendations, will be handled in consultation with the Director or Senior Manager.
Profile sought: Degree in accounting, finance or equivalent, or at least a Federal Diploma or similar qualification with years of experience.
Proven experience in a comparable role within a fiduciary (minimum 5 to 8 years).
Excellent knowledge of Swiss accounting standards, tax regulations, and social insurances.
Competence in using digital tools and accounting software (experience with cloud solutions is an advantage).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigour and organisation.
Interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
Fluency in French, with good knowledge of English (German proficiency would be an asset).
