System Application Manager/ Key User (m/f/d)

The tasks

• Support of the software systems for warehouse management and dispatch as well as their connected interfaces
• Communication and collaboration with IT service providers, specialist departments and customer companies
• Responsibility for smooth production operations
• Accompanying change processes and projects from the requirements analysis through the implementation/testing phase to implementation
• Identifying, analysing, prioritizing and professionally resolving faults and problems, including the corresponding documentation
• Preparing internal training courses for employees in the specialist departments
• Development and creation of various evaluations and statistics

The profile

• Successfully completed studies in the IT environment or successfully completed training in the IT application area
• Basic understanding of logistical or manufacturing processes
• Very good software knowledge or professional experience in MS Office, ticket systems and warehouse management or production systems
• Knowledge of providing IT support and maintaining applications
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
