Filics is entering the go‑to‑market phase. The market pull is real, and a large share of demand is concentrated in Northern Germany. This region has become one of the most active for Filics, yet today we serve it only from Munich. That distance limits our ability to build presence, respond quickly, and develop the depth of relationships that customers expect.

YOUR ROLE

• Take full ownership of Northern Germany as your region.
• Visit and engage with customers directly and regularly.
• Build trust and develop long‑term relationships.
• Convert customer interest into concrete projects and wins.
• Represent Filics at site visits, trade fairs, and industry events.
• Collect insights from the field and share them with the central team.
• Work closely with sales leadership to shape a scalable GTM approach.
