Office Manager in München

Filics' mission is to reinvent intralogistics by creating autonomous mobile robots that fundamentally change how material moves. Our double-runner system makes Filics the first and only AMR able to drive through load carriers such as Euro pallets, breaking forklift logic and setting a new standard for efficiency. We are a small, focused team committed to solving hard problems with engineering excellence. All team members are expected to be hands-on and to contribute directly to the company's mission. Leadership is given to those who show initiative and consistently deliver excellence. Work ethic and strong prioritization skills are important. All team members are expected to have strong communication skills. They should be able to concisely and accurately share knowledge with their teammates.

Our office is where our whole team comes together. As we grow, it needs someone who makes it run smoothly every day and shapes it into a place people enjoy working in. You’ll own it fully: set up the routines, plan the improvements and make sure everything just works.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize office activities
• Manage landlord, facility and service providers
• Oversee stock of office supplies
• Greet visitors at office
• Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
• Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport

Qualifications

• Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
