Responsibilities
- Work in accounts payable and receivable, including dunning
- Conduct various financial accounting
- Assist in monthly reporting and year-end closing
- Handle the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
- Support in the payroll process and monitoring of time tracking
- Process illness, accident, and EO registrations and coordinate with authorities and insurance
Qualifications
- Commercial training with further education in finance, HR, or fiduciary (with federal diploma)
- Work experience in the field
- Very good German spoken and written
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
