• How you make a difference
• Improving our Dev Ops culture and environment by bringing in your experience.
• Closely collaborating with our product team to improve the developer experience, release management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bringing an openness to new ideas and state-of-the-art technology together to always find the best solution.
• Driving our shift to a secure, multi-tenant Saa S platform for external customers – designing tenant isolation boundaries, hardening our security posture, and meeting the access-control and compliance expectations that come with hosting other companies’ data.
• Ensuring the reliability our Saa S customers expect – strengthening monitoring, alerting, and observability, and introducing release practices that manage risks.
• What you’ll bring
• Experience with containers and orchestration technologies in a production environment – preferably Kubernetes.
• Good knowledge of automation tools and configuration management – we use Terraform.
• Very good knowledge of at least one logging, monitoring and tracing solution (e. g. Datadog).
• Hands‑on experience with at least one cloud provider – preferably AWS.
• Continuously learning and staying up to date, while also sharing your knowledge.
• A good understanding of code – preferably Node JS – as well as experience with databases is definitely a plus.
• Being aware of the importance of your role, keeping our systems running and our business growing.
