Exit Support Consultant

Finatal is working with a private equity house that owns a pan-European FS business, which is seeking M&A support. We are looking for an M&A consultant to assist a portfolio CFO during an exit process. The primary responsibilities include supporting the CFO, building the data room, conducting FDD and VDD, liaising with external advisors and the PE deal team, and managing projects for the SLT related to the exit. This role involves close collaboration with the PE fund and CFO to extract data from systems, develop financial models, and assist advisors with financial queries. The position is based in Germany and may require some travel.

• Big 4 Transaction Services / Deal Advisory
