We are currently supporting a private equity-backed healthcare services group that is looking to appoint an experienced Interim CRO / Finance Transformation Lead.
The mandate is focused on the transformation of the Finance and Accounting organisation, with a strong emphasis on restructuring, process improvement, organisational efficiency and hands-on implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a major Finance and Accounting transformation
- Assess the current organisation and define a leaner target operating model
- Improve productivity, accountability and process discipline
- Standardise and simplify Finance and Accounting processes
- Improve data quality and interfaces between operational units and central Finance
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
- Support organisational restructuring and capability assessment
- Drive implementation and deliver visible results quickly
- Work closely with senior management in a PE-backed environment
Profile
- Proven experience in Finance transformation, restructuring or operating model redesign
- Previous experience as CRO, CTRO, CFO, Finance Transformation Lead or similar
- Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance operations
- Relevant experience within healthcare or another operationally complex service environment is essential
- Experience in decentralised or multi-entity organisations
- Private equity experience strongly preferred
- Strong hands-on implementation and change management capabilities
- Background from Alvarez & Marsal, AlixPartners, Roland Berger, Big Four or a comparable restructuring / transformation consultancy would be highly desirable
- Fluent German and English
This is not a pure strategy or advisory mandate. We are looking for someone who combines senior stakeholder management with strong operational execution.
