Role: Responsible for sales performance management, market-aligned pricing, and developing the Sales Controlling team.
Responsibilities
- Determine market-aligned prices, run margin simulations and scenario analyses.
- Develop pricing and contribution margin frameworks.
- Build and develop a high-performing Sales Controlling team.
- Define and manage KPIs: revenue, volume, product mix, customer profitability.
- Act as strategic business partner to Sales, Pricing, and Management.
- Prepare management reports and dashboards; visualize complex data clearly.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Several years of experience in Sales Controlling or Commercial Finance, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Leadership and team development experience.
