Interim Finance Director

Finatal is working with a large cap private equity fund looking for an experienced interim FD to lead on a transformation project for one of their B2B logistics portfolio companies following its recent carve-out from a larger corporate. The c€50m t / o portfolio company are now looking to complete the integrations of several entities as well as professionalise and upgrade the local and group finance functions to bring them up to PE-standard reporting and modelling. Working with a small team and reporting to the CFO you will have a handle on cash flow and working capital, ERP consolidation and financial data manipulation.
