Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership – In addition to development responsibilities, take on a technical leadership role within the Scrum Team, guiding team members in best practices, fostering knowledge sharing, and ensuring high-quality code standards throughout the development process.
• Plan and Build – Responsible for the development efforts of the Scrum Team when creating web applications based on Fincite’s technology platform, while also supporting the Product Owner in planning and design.
• Co-Piloting – Together with the Scrum Team you are responsible for the success of the project and the team members.
• Design – Analyze technical requirements of a project and contribute to creating robust applications.

Your profile

• Technology – You are a full stack developer who builds robust and fast applications using Python, Django, REST and SQL/NoSQL databases. You have experience with modern frontend applications such as React, Angular, Bootstrap, Material UI or other frameworks. You have implemented unit, regression or frontend tests using frameworks such as Coverage, Nightwatch, Browserstack or similar. You have deployed code to the cloud following a CI/CD process using Azure Blueprint, Bitbucket Pipelines, Terraform, Ansible or similar tooling.
• Experience – You are a full stack developer with more than 7 years of software development experience. We pride ourselves in a multicultural working environment with teams across the globe; therefore strong skills in German are required in addition to English.
