GRC & RCSA Specialist (3-months project)

Overview In this role you will support the Bank's GRC and RCSA programs, helping to identify and assess operational and non-financial risks while ensuring effective controls. You will work with risk, compliance, and internal audit teams to maintain risk documentation, track remediation, and produce management summaries. The position emphasizes collaboration with multiple stakeholders to strengthen risk and compliance culture and reporting. This is an opportunity to contribute to a structured risk framework within a cross-functional banking environment. Verantwortungsbereiche Support the execution and maintenance of the Bank's GRC and RCSA frameworks Coordinate and facilitate periodic risk and control assessment activities with business stakeholders Maintain risk registers, control inventories, and related documentation Assist in the identification, assessment, and monitoring of operational and non-financial risks Track remediation actions and follow up on control deficiencies and audit findings Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and management summaries Support regulatory, compliance, and internal control initiatives as required Zentrale Anforderungen 3 to 7 years of experience in Operational Risk, GRC, RCSA, or related areas within banking or financial services Good understanding of risk management and internal control frameworks Experience working with risk assessments, control reviews, and risk reporting Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Proactive and detail-oriented professional with practical experience in risk and control activities Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with GRC platforms is an advantage Fluent in English Strong analytical skills Organizational skills Excellent communication Proactive mindset Microsoft Office GRC platforms (advantage)
