Overview
As a Test Engineer at Fincons Group, you will coordinate testing across complex enterprise environments, ensuring quality from requirements to deployment. You will work within a collaborative, client-facing setting to uphold traceability and drive high-quality software releases. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage and coordinate testing activities across the software development lifecycle using Micro Focus QC/ALM
- Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, test suites, and test scenarios based on requirements
- Ensure complete traceability between requirements, test cases, test execution, and defects
- Execute manual functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Prepare and maintain test execution reports, dashboards, and quality metrics for stakeholders
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years of Software Testing and Quality Assurance experience with hands-on Micro Focus Quality Center/ALM
- Proven experience in manual testing of enterprise applications
- Solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Working knowledge of JIRA for issue tracking and Agile delivery support
- Knowledge of Banking processes and applications in Banking or Financial Services environments
- Excellent command of Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
