For our Lugano office, we are seeking talented and experienced Senior Engineers with strong hands‑on expertise in .

NET/C# and Microservices to join our team and contribute to exciting and impactful international projects in the Banking/Financial Services sector.

Rolesand Responsibilities Deeply understand business requirements and proactively propose innovative solutions to help clients achieve their goals effectively Develop high-quality software by applying best practices such as TDD, DDD, Clean Code, and SOLID principles to ensure maintainability and excellence Collaborate with architects to define and develop the best technical solution and robust infrastructure Drive quality delivery with a strong emphasis on CI/CD pipelines and seamless deployment processes Ensure top‑notch performance, reliability, and scalability of the solutions you build Qualifications And Technical Skills Bachelor's/Master's Degree, preferably in computer science or engineering.

At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with C#, .

NET, and .

NET Core.

In-depth knowledge of Microservices Architecture principles and their practical implementation.

Solid understanding and application of TDD, Clean Code, and SOLID principles.

Experience with DBMS systems like SQL Server, Oracle, My SQL, or DB2, alongside strong SQL knowledge.

Proficiency with code quality tools, such as Sonar Qube, to ensure high standards in software development.

Experience with log monitoring tools, including Kibana, Elasticsearch, Grafana, and Prometheus, for system observability and troubleshooting.

Strong attention to and application of the main Secure Development Best Practices to safeguard code integrity.

Familiarity with the Agile/Scrum methodology is a strong advantage.

Fluency in both spoken and written Italian and English is mandatory.
