Overview As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will design, automate, and maintain secure, scalable cloud-native infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement Terraform-driven deployments and GKE workloads, while strengthening security, CI/CD, and incident response. This role sits at the core of Fincons’ cloud modernization efforts in Lugano, offering hands-on technical challenges and collaboration across Agile teams. Your contributions will help accelerate clients’ digital transformations in regulated industries. Verantwortungsbereiche Manage and automate cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Terraform Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot workloads on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) Develop automation scripts with Python, Bash, and Ansible Build and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes Manage GCP IAM, security policies, certificates, and secrets Monitor platform performance, resolve incidents, and perform root-cause analysis Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to Git-based development workflows Zentrale Anforderungen 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Systems Engineering Strong expertise in GCP (GKE, IAM, VPC, Compute Engine) Proven experience with Terraform, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Agile collaboration problem-solving teamwork GCP (GKE, IAM, VPC, Compute Engine) Terraform Git
