Overview As a Senior Software Engineer at Fincons Group, you will shape backend Java solutions and modernize CRM-driven platforms within an Agile Release Train. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust microservices, REST APIs, and secure code, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The role blends hands-on development with architectural guidance in a SAFe environment, contributing to enterprise system enhancements and transversal features.
