As a member of the Valuation Committee, the successful candidate will also contribute to key valuation and governance decisions. This is a highly operational role suited to a pragmatic and results‑driven specialist who enjoys being close to the detail, improving processes and taking ownership. Working within a collaborative international environment, you will partner closely with teams across investments, finance, risk and compliance, providing high visibility and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the organisation's fund platform. /p h3Profile: /h3 ul li7+ years of experience within Fund Operations, Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Fund Controlling or Fund Audit. /li liStrong knowledge of Swiss and Luxembourg fund regulations, including UCITS, CSSF, FINMA and CISA frameworks. /li liExperience overseeing NAV production and working closely with external fund administrators. /li liExperience managing relationships with outsourced fund administration providers, including NAV oversight and service provider governance; exposure to CACEIS is advantageous. /li liSolid understanding of fund reporting, cost transparency, valuation oversight and operational controls. /li liStrong data and analytical skills, including advanced Excel and exposure to databases and structured data environments. /li liKnowledge of Python, SQL or other automation/scripting tools would be highly advantageous. /li liProven ability to improve operational efficiency through automation and process enhancement initiatives. /li liHands‑on, pragmatic approach with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across multiple functions. /li liHigh levels of integrity, accountability and attention to detail. /li liPrevious leadership or team management experience is desirable. /li liFluent English required; German and/or French would be considered a strong advantage. /li liAvailable to work full‑time (no home office). /li liEligible or already in possession of a Swiss passport or Swiss work permit and happy to be based in the Basel region (cross‑border workers considered). /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
