ph3What we are looking ? /h3 h3What we are looking ? /h3 h3Senior IT Project Manager - Tax Solutions (80-100%) /h3 pbLocation: /b Zurich or St. Gallen, Switzerland /p pbEmployment: /b Permanent /p h3The Opportunity /h3 pFinders is recruiting on behalf of an established Swiss IT solutions provider specialising in digital solutions for the public sector. /p pOur client is looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex software development and integration projects within the tax administration domain. /p pThis is an opportunity to take ownership of strategic projects, collaborate with public-sector clients and contribute to the ongoing digital transformation of Swiss tax administration. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead complex software development and integration projects for public-sector clients. /li liEstablish project structures and manage multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations, including nearshore development teams. /li liOversee project delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, budgets, timelines and quality standards /li liDefine project management processes, methodologies and governance frameworks. /li liRepresent projects internally and within client steering committees. /li liCoordinate external suppliers and third-party solutions in collaboration with procurement teams. /li liManage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liNative-level German or proven C1 proficiency, combined with good English skills. /li liUniversity degree in Computer Science,Information Technology or a comparable qualification. /li liAt least 10 years of professional experience in project management, ideally within agile software development environments. /li liProven track record of leading at least three projects for public-sector clients, each exceeding CHF 1 million in value. /li liAt least one project successfully delivered using the HERMES methodology. /li liAt least one project within the tax administration domain. /li liStrong knowledge of Swiss taxation and tax assessment processes. /li liRelevant project management certification, such as HERMES, IPMA or PRINCE2. /li liHERMES Advanced certification is highly desirable. /li liExperience managing client projects within contractual frameworks. /li liStrong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills. /li liExcellent communication skills and the ability to lead distributed teams. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
