On behalf of one of our long-standing private banking clients, Finders SA is seeking a Senior Windows System Engineer to join a well-established and globally active financial institution. The role sits within a high-performing infrastructure team responsible for Windows- and Citrix-based systems and services.

Your Responsibilities
Ensure the reliability and stability of Windows infrastructure through monitoring, proactive maintenance, and problem resolution
Provide technical leadership on infrastructure-related projects with international impact
Design and implement secure, scalable infrastructure solutions (Active Directory, MSSQL, MS Clustering, etc.)
Support Microsoft server environments including Exchange, SQL, and Windows servers
Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical systems

Your Profile
University degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft-based enterprise environments
Solid experience with Windows Server, AD, SQL, Exchange, and Citrix
ITIL v3 experience required; MCSE certification is a plus
Customer-focused and team-oriented with a proactive attitude
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage stakeholder expectations
Fluency in English is required; German is a strong asset
