On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced ICT System Engineer - IAM (WAF/WAM) to join a highly secure and mission-critical environment based at Zurich Airport.
Your responsibilities:
- Design, implement and configure Web Application Firewall (WAF) and Web Access Management (WAM) solutions
- Manage and optimize WAF rule engines and security policies
- Integrate SSO, MFA and federated identity solutions (SAML, OIDC)
- Analyze security logs and support incident resolution
- Perform upgrades, patching and performance optimization in high-availability environments
- Work closely with developers, application managers, SOC teams and external partners
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience with enterprise WAF solutions and Access Management systems
- Strong knowledge of HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, TCP/IP and authentication protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML)
- Experience with vulnerability analysis and modern web technologies (REST APIs, JSON)
- Structured, solution-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
- Fluent German and English are highly desirable
