Job Description
Develop and break down sales prices. Analyse cost prices and identify optimisation levers. Prepare public and private tender dossiers, including references, technical analyses, operating methods, and schedules. Verify quantities and measurements provided in tender dossiers. Write submissions and establish price requests during the estimating phase. Analyse possible variants and propose priced solutions during bid submissions. Optimise concepts proposed by contractors. Provide technical support to work teams during the execution phase.
Profile Sought
Holder of a recognised diploma as a site manager, civil engineer EPF/HES, or equivalent training, or with solid field experience. Proven experience in estimating, essential. Technical profile with excellent mastery of transformation and demolition works. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD. Rigorous, autonomous, persevering person with a good team spirit.
