Senior AI Engineer – Build & Deploy AI Systems in Production - €100,000
We’re hiring a Senior AI Engineer for a growing AI engineering company delivering real, production-grade systems for enterprise clients.
This is AI deployed into live environments, solving real business problems at scale.
You’ll get exposure to different industries including healthcare, pharma, insurance and financial services, building AI products from the ground up and seeing them deployed and used by major organisations. Rather than working on one product or narrow use case, you’ll solve different technical problems across a variety of projects.
You’ll Work On Projects Such As
- AI systems predicting health-related outcomes at scale
- Large predictive platforms in the insurance space (hundreds of thousands of records)
- Investment intelligence systems for financial institutions
- Long-term enterprise AI platforms that are actively used in production
This role suits a strong, hands-on software engineer with genuine AI engineering experience.
Someone who:
- Builds production-grade AI systems, not just prototypes
- Has strong Python development skills and integrates LLMs and AI components into real applications
- Understands architecture, scalability, cloud and deployment
- Can independently own technical decisions and delivery
- Has experience presenting technical solutions and working directly with customers
- Speaks excellent German and English
You’ll work across multiple projects, designing and building solutions from initial concept through to deployment in production, while having the freedom to use modern AI tools and technologies in your day-to-day work.
The team is small, highly technical and genuinely AI-focused. You’ll work alongside experienced AI engineers and data scientists, have significant influence over technical decisions, and work on projects where AI is the actual product rather than an experimental side initiative.
