This is an opportunity to take ownership of major product areas in a business that's still building many of its product processes from the ground up.

What you'll do
- Own product areas from customer discovery through to successful product delivery
- Define roadmaps, prioritise backlogs and measure product success through data and customer feedback
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales and company leadership
- Lead customer interviews, product discovery and feature validation
- Drive measurable business outcomes rather than simply delivering features
- Champion user experience while balancing commercial priorities and technical constraints
- What they're looking for
- Commercial experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner within a Saa S environment
- Experience owning products end-to-end, from discovery through to launch and optimisation
- Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making
- Experience working closely with software engineering teams
- Excellent German and good English
