A growing AI-first HealthTech company in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main region is hiring a Senior Data Engineer / Data Scientist .
This is a senior hands-on role focused on building scalable data platforms, production-grade AI systems, and the infrastructure behind a live healthcare platform used every day in real-world therapeutic environments.
You should be comfortable building and operating reliable cloud-based data systems while also understanding how machine learning and AI solutions are deployed, monitored, and maintained in production environments.
Working closely with AI, engineering and product teams , you’ll help evolve the data platform, productionise machine learning and Generative AI solutions, and ensure data is transformed into insights that directly influence product and clinical decision-making.

What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in Data Engineering, Data Science or Machine Learning Engineering
- Experience deploying, operating or supporting machine learning and AI systems in production environments
- Experience owning systems in production and thinking beyond model development towards reliability, scalability, monitoring and long-term maintainability
- Strong background building and operating cloud-based data pipelines and data platforms
- Experience working in product-led environments where reliability, scalability and long-term maintainability were critical
