Company Description Pardgroup, a leading company in integrated services for retail and large-scale distribution, is looking for a new
Project Manager to join its Retail Services Team, based in Austria.
Position The new colleague will carry out the following activities, with reference to the Consumer Electronics sector:
Client relationship management, including participation in meetings and site inspections;
Support in managing tenders, providing technical insights and supporting decision making;
Development of drawings and design solutions;
Manage the organization and supervision of project phases, including determining the necessary activities, budgets, deadlines and evaluation of custom materials;
Coordination of site, suppliers, and subcontractors, developing and maintaining relationships;
Budget control, reporting, and preparation of health and safety (H&S) documentation.
Requirements The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
At least 3/4 years of previous experience in a similar role and in the retail sector;
Academic background in architecture, interior design, or a related field;
Proven experience in the organizational management of on-site projects, from technical drawings to site coordination, as well as quality control and safety;
Knowledge of 2D and 3D software (e.g., AutoCAD), as well as Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel);
Domicile in Austria (in Wien, or in another city);
Good knowledge of both English and German languages;
Availability for business trips;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
