FP&A Analyst – Technology
About the Role
Redcare Pharmacy is focused on advancing healthcare through innovative digital solutions. We are seeking an FP&A Analyst – Technology to support our financial planning, analysis, and performance management within the Technology organization. In this role, you will collaborate with Finance colleagues and Technology stakeholders to enhance visibility around costs and investments, prepare financial analyses, and inform business case development. This position provides a unique opportunity to engage with senior stakeholders in IT and Technology, gaining insights into how financial perspectives can influence technology investment decisions in a rapidly evolving international environment. You will be a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis / Controlling team, enhancing your skills in FP&A and business partnering.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial planning and budgeting for the Technology/IT organization.
- Analyze costs and financial performance, identifying developments, variances, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare management reports and translate financial data into insights for stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and evaluation of business cases and investment decisions.
- Ensure accurate financial treatment of Technology costs, including CapEx and OpEx.
- Contribute to enhancing and automating FP&A processes, including reporting and cost transparency through AI innovations.
Required Skills
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2–4 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling.
- Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in handling financial data and large datasets.
- An AI-first mindset with a curiosity about leveraging AI for problem-solving.
- Interest in Technology and eCommerce, with experience in business case analysis being a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial analyses as actionable insights.
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced international setting.
