FP&A Analyst – Technology

About the Role

Redcare Pharmacy is seeking an FP&A Analyst – Technology, to support financial planning, analysis, and performance management within our Technology organization. This role combines strong analytical skills with a keen interest in technology, AI, and digital transformation. As part of the Financial Planning & Analysis / Controlling team, you will collaborate with colleagues in Finance and various Technology stakeholders to enhance transparency around costs and investments, produce detailed financial analyses, and assist in the formation of data-driven business cases. In this dynamic position, you will work closely with senior stakeholders in IT and Technology, developing a comprehensive understanding of how financial insights can inform investment decisions in a rapidly growing international business environment. Your contributions will significantly impact our financial strategies and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial planning and budgeting for the Technology/IT organization.
• Analyze costs, investments, and financial performance, identifying key trends, variances, potential risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare management reports, translating financial data into clear insights for Finance and Technology stakeholders.
• Assist in creating and evaluating business cases and investment decisions through rigorous financial analysis.
• Ensure proper financial classification of Technology costs, particularly CapEx and OpEx.
• Contribute to the development and automation of FP&A processes, reports, and cost transparency, leveraging AI capabilities.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A or Controlling.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial data and large datasets.
• AI-first mindset, with a focus on leveraging AI for problem-solving.
• Interest in technology, digital business models, and/or e-commerce.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate financial analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Proactive, ambitious, and curious attitude, comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic international environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with business cases or investment analyses.
