Cloud FinOps Business PartnerAbout the RoleAs a Cloud FinOps Business Partner at NiCE, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and governing our extensive cloud infrastructure. This position is designed to facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and IT teams. Your primary focus will be on enhancing cloud cost visibility and driving efficiency initiatives, ultimately translating cloud investments into measurable business value. You will support various business units by providing detailed reports and dashboards that illuminate cloud spending. Your analysis will empower teams to act on insights, driving the company’s cloud efficiency and governance practices. This role requires strategic oversight and the ability to maintain key financial performance indicators while aligning optimization efforts with organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate reports and dashboards to provide cloud cost transparency across business units.Collaborate with Engineering, Cloud Operations, Finance, and Product teams to derive actionable insights from cost data.Analyze usage data to support company-wide cloud efficiency and cost-optimization initiatives, identifying savings opportunities.Maintain and track FinOps KPIs and develop optimization roadmaps that align with organizational objectives.Monitor commitment coverage, such as Reserved Instances and Savings Plans, and identify commercial opportunities.Conduct budget tracking and variance analysis based on AWS cost and usage reports.Assist internal stakeholders in contextualizing cloud billing data for non-technical audiences.Participate in FinOps initiatives related to AI workloads, tracking associated cloud costs.Required SkillsA minimum of 2 years of experience in FinOps within large-scale organizations.At least 5 years of complex project management experience.Proficient in AWS and Azure services; familiarity with GCP is advantageous.Strong data analysis capabilities and advanced skills in Excel.Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or Information Technology.Solid understanding of accounting and financial concepts.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Fluent proficiency in English.BenefitsFlexible hybrid work model: 2 days in-office and 3 days remote each week.Opportunities for professional growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Useful LinksCompany Website: Website: You Might Be InterestedThis role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of cloud financial management within a global leader.
