Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders togather, document, and validate business requirements
Translate business goals into clear, structured documentation: business cases, functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Perform complex data analysis using SQL, Excel , andBI tools (e.g. Power BI , Tableau ) tosupport decision-making and product insights
Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies including Product Backlog Refinement (PBR) , Sprint Planning , and Sprint Reviews
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, andQA toensure smooth delivery offeatures and alignment with business objectives
Maintain and update documentation inJIRA/Confluence , ensuring traceability ofall requirements
Use AI-powered tools tooptimize workflows, automate routine analysis, and support rapid iteration cycles
Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops todefine user journeys, workflows, and pain points
Analyze system behavior, data flows, and process interdependencies for end-to-end solution design
Must-Have Qualifications
Proven experience asaBusiness Analyst inthe banking orfintech sector (3+years)
Strong command ofSQL , Excel , andBI platforms (Power BI , Tableau )
Hands-on experience running Agile processes and ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban)
Solid experience indrafting both business and technical requirements
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention todetail
Proficient inmodern data analysis methods and tools
Active user ofAI solutions for enhancing productivity, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
Advanced English level isamust-have
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with financial products
Experience insystems integration projects, including API documentation and testing
Exposure totools like Postman , Swagger , Looker , orMetabase
