Additionally, Sazerac owns many popular brands across a range of spirits, including Fireball, Svedka, Wheatley, BuzzBallz, Southern Comfort, Seagram’s V.O., Myers’s, Goldschläger, Parrot Bay, 99 Brand, and Platinum Vodka. /p h3Job Description/Responsibilities /h3 pThe Marketing and Corporate Services Procurement Director is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies across Marketing and all indirect categories supporting Sazerac’s enterprise functions — including Corporate, IT, HR, and Travel Entertainment. The role ensures best-in-class supplier performance, cost efficiency, and risk management. Partnering closely with functional leaders, the Senior Manager drives value creation through strategic sourcing, supplier collaboration, and process excellence. /p pbKey Responsibilities: /b /p ul liDevelop and implement category strategies for Marketing and Corporate Services, aligned with business objectives /li liLead sourcing, negotiating, and contracting (MSAs, SoWs, and SLAs) for Marketing, covering media, research, Point-of-Sales and similar services and goods /li liLead sourcing, negotiating, and contracting (MSAs, SoWs, and SLAs) for corporate insurance, legal, audit and consulting services, IT software and hardware, HR programs (benefits, contingent labor, relocation), and travel management /li liDrive procurement initiatives that deliver cost savings, supplier innovation, and risk mitigation /li liEstablish governance, KPIs, and scorecards to monitor supplier performance and contract compliance /li liSupport Sazerac policy adherence, process standardization, and technology adoption /li liConduct market analyses and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and continuous improvement /li liPartner with Marketing and Sales to deliver best marketing return on investments /li liPartner with Legal, Finance, IT, and HR stakeholders to identify demand and design sourcing solutions /li liManage the Corporate Professional Services Procurement team, leading, coaching, and developing category specialists to strengthen sourcing capabilities and build a sustainable talent pipeline /li liEnsure alignment with Sazerac’s values, including ethics, sustainability, and supplier diversity /li /ul h3Qualifications/Requirements /h3 pbRequired Qualifications /b /p ul liBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline /li li8+ years of progressive procurement or category management experience in Marketing and indirect services, with strong exposure to at least two of the following domains: IT, HR, corporate / professional services, or travel /li liDemonstrated ability to develop category strategies, manage suppliers, and negotiate complex contracts /li liStrong analytical, commercial, and relationship management skills /li liExperience collaborating cross-functionally (e.g., with Marketing, Legal or Finance teams) and excellent communication and presentation skills (incl. executive-level stakeholder mgmt.) /li liProficiency with procurement tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) /li /ul pbPreferred Qualifications /b /p ul liExperience in alcohol beverage industry or CPG overall /li liMaster’s degree or professional certifications (cpsm, cips, cscp) /li liPrior experience in a global or multi-site organization, ideally within cpg or beverage manufacturing /li liPrior leadership experience managing (cross-functional) teams /li liWorking knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., data privacy, insurance, contingent labor) /li liExperience implementing procurement systems (e.g., sap ariba, oracle, coupa) /li /ul p#LI-Hybrid#LI-MB1 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
