Job Responsibilities/Objectives
- Proactively create and define technical cybersecurity solutions while considering all requirements and conducting evaluations.
- Develop security concepts and solutions that optimise value for both customers and internal operations.
- Support the design and development of optimisation proposals and conceptual architectures.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues within the cybersecurity domain.
Required Skills/Experience
- Successfully completed technical, legal, or business studies, or a comparable qualification.
- Strong technical cybersecurity knowledge in one or more areas, such as OT security, IAM, GRC, or PAM.
- Proven experience in project work, especially within customer-facing cybersecurity projects.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in German and business-proficient in English.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Experience in security architecture design and risk assessments.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and security compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with cloud security and infrastructure protection.
- Certification in relevant cybersecurity domains (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001).
