Salary : up to €150,000

Job Responsibilities / Objectives

1. Proactively create and define technical cybersecurity solutions, considering all requirements and conducting evaluations.
2. Develop security concepts and solutions that optimize value for both customers and internal operations.
3. Support the design and development of optimization proposals and conceptual architectures.
4. Mentor and guide colleagues within the cybersecurity domain.

Required Skills / Experience

1. Completed technical, legal, or business studies, or a comparable qualification.
2. Strong technical cybersecurity knowledge in areas such as OT security, IAM, GRC, or PAM.
3. Proven project experience, particularly in customer-facing cybersecurity projects.
4. Excellent teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills.
5. Fluent in German and proficient in English for business communication.
6. Willingness to travel as necessary.
7. Experience in security architecture design and conducting risk assessments.
8. Knowledge of industry regulations and security compliance frameworks.
9. Hands-on experience with cloud security and infrastructure protection.
10. Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001).
