DEINE ROLLE

• Zwei starke Marken, ein Ort:Du verantwortest unsere Royal Copenhagen- und Iittala-Shop-in-Shops im legendären KaDeWe in Berlin.
• Verkauf & Kundenerlebnis:Du sorgst für ein erstklassiges Einkaufserlebnis und begeisterst unsere Kundinnen und Kunden für hochwertiges skandinavisches Design.
• Führung & Entwicklung:Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst dein Team von Sales Advisors – mit Herz, Klarheit und Begeisterung.
• Visual Merchandising:Du gestaltest Verkaufsflächen, die inspirieren und unsere Marken lebendig machen.
• Zusammenarbeit:Du arbeitest eng mit dem KaDeWe sowie unseren lokalen und internationalen Teams der Fiskars Group zusammen.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

• Erfahrung im Einzelhandel – idealerweise mit erster Führungserfahrung oder dem Wunsch, den nächsten Schritt zu machen.
• Freude an Verantwortung, Eigeninitiative und einem dynamischen Umfeld.
• Ein gutes Gespür für Menschen, Design und Ästhetik.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Teamgeist, Serviceorientierung und Begeisterung für hochwertige Produkte.
