Your tasks Support the execution, implementation, and further development of the global brand strategy and global brand communication Independently develop and implement launch toolkits for the successful market introduction of our products and take ownership of the end-to-end global communication for your cookware categories Lead projects from concept to execution, coordinating creative agencies, production partners, and internal teams while adhering to timelines, budgets, and process requirements Develop and coordinate global B2C campaigns and always-on content across all relevant channels – both online and offline Monitor the effectiveness of global marketing activities and derive concrete recommendations for action together with local teams Analyze relevant market and competitive data as well as consumer trends, and use these insights to continuously optimize strategies Your profile You have completed a degree in communication, social sciences, business administration, or a related field You have at least 3 years of experience in global brand management or a local marketing role, ideally in the consumer goods industry, or comparable experience in creation or production on the agency side You have a strategic mindset while also being able to develop pragmatic solutions for complex challenges You work creatively and with a hands-on mentality to drive your projects forward You are motivated to work in an international environment and take local cultural differences and market conditions into account You communicate confidently in German and English and know how to address different target groups with strong presentation skills You are willing to work at least 20% of your time at the headquarters in Idar-Oberstein Our offer Flexibility & work-life balance Flexible working hours and generous home office arrangements for an optimal work-life balance Attractive remuneration & financial security Performance-related pay in accordance with the collective agreement, including special payments, Christmas bonus, and vacation pay Stability & future security Permanent employment in an established and internationally renowned family business with 180 years of tradition Exclusive employee benefits Attractive employee discounts, a wide range of corporate benefits, and a company pension plan Health and well-being Comprehensive occupational health management with job bike leasing, training opportunities, health days, and company medical care Further training & development Individual support through the Fissler Academy with development programs, training courses, and e-learning Team spirit & values A strong sense of unity through lived values, genuine cohesion, and regular team events - for a culture that connects Curious?
