Responsibilities
- Advise and support managers proactively as a sparring partner in all HR-related issues, including personnel recruitment and development, remuneration, employment law, conflicts, employee retention, on/offboarding and performance management, in close cooperation with the relevant HR functions.
- Ensure qualitative and quantitative personnel requirements planning and conduct regular salary and appraisal reviews in line with collective agreements and outside of collective agreements.
- Establish and continuously develop structured succession and career planning, with a view to company-wide perspectives and potential.
- Actively accompany and support managers and employees in change processes, using suitable methods and tools, and work closely with other HR functions or external partners. Ensure compliance with all formal processes.
- Support employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle in close coordination with the relevant HR functions and ensure a consistently positive employee experience.
- Shape a trusting, solution-oriented collaboration with management, the works council and internal and external stakeholders and promote a constructive communication culture.
- Ensure compliance with legal, collective bargaining and operational requirements – always in line with the company's values and culture.
- Participate in strategic HR topics and take responsibility in cross-divisional projects.
- Analyze relevant HR key figures and evaluations, derive actions, and implement targeted measures.
Qualifications
- Degree in human resources management or comparable HR training.
- At least five years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in sales-oriented industrial companies. Experience in medium-sized companies in the FMCG sector is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of labor law; good knowledge of tax and social security law; familiarity with works councils.
- Confident communication in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Clear communication, assertiveness, high customer orientation, and teamwork orientation.
- Loyalty, integrity and discretion, especially with confidential data.
- Ability to grasp complex issues quickly with a pragmatic hands-on mentality.
- Structured, independent, and diligent work with high standards of quality and accuracy.
