We are enthusiastic to present this unique and challenging HR opportunity to join one of our international clients as HR Group Talent & Benefit Manager (M/W) based in the dynamic Baden-Württemberg region of Germany.

In order to meet its growing activities and attract the best talents, this central corporate position has been created at our client’s head office. The future new hire will have the great opportunity to build & grow this position up to the best international standards.

Working in direct relation with the Group VP HR Director , you will collaborate with the countries and regional HR managers to lead the Group’s talent management practices and align the compensation & benefits policies.

Your role will encompass our client’s operations, which include production, commercial, and representation offices around the globe, on all 5th continents.

To qualify for this mission, your experience includes 3 key assets : HR talent management experience in international groups, compensation & benefits skills, HRIS knowledge, and digital awareness.

The Permanent position

HR Group Talent & Benefit Manager (M/W)

Direct report to the VP HR Group Director

  • Reports to: VP HR Group Director.
  • Works closely with: Regional & Country HR managers, and Business Unit Directors across multiple regions.
  • Supports: Central functions to ensure HR alignment, consistency, and efficiency across the Group.

In this pivotal corporate role, you will coordinate and align HR policies, talent development frameworks, and compensation strategies across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

Talent Management & Leadership Development

  • Design and implement talent development programs, ensuring a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Drive succession planning and leadership growth to enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Develop employee engagement initiatives that foster a strong culture and long-term retention.
  • Align learning and development programs with business needs and career progression paths.

Compensation & Benefits Strategy

  • Oversee short-term and long-term incentive programs, ensuring competitive and motivating reward structures.
  • Develop global compensation strategies, ensuring alignment with industry standards and local regulations.
  • Optimize benefits structures to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

HR Technology & Digitalization

  • Contribute to the optimization of HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and usability.
  • Leverage HR analytics to drive insights on workforce trends and organizational performance.
  • Work with IT partners to enhance talent acquisition tools, LMS platforms, and HR data integration.

Process & Compliance Optimization

  • Improve existing HR processes, implementing best practices across regions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all operational jurisdictions.
  • Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies for talent management, data privacy, and workforce planning.

Permanent position: based in Germany, Stuttgart area

Business mobility: upon necessity on a spot basis, to various countries & regions

Starting date: February, latest early March 2025 with a dynamic client decision process

Key position: essential role in designing & managing Group talents & compensations

Package: annual growth in the range of k€ 90-110 for this position, plus company benefits

Your key skills & profile

Profile:

Experienced professional with 10 to 15 years of relevant expertise

Master’s degree in HR, Business, Management education

Recognized expert in Talent management & Compensation practices

Demonstrated international experience in Groups and matrix organizations

Key skills:

English professional, as business language within the Group

Strategic thinker, ability to influence & collaborate with various functions

Strong communicator, leadership skills, positive attitude
