What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor\'s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven Experience as a General Manager or Hospitality Director within a luxury lifestyle hotel brand, leading Operations in a High-Volume, Fast-Paced environment that demands Visionary Leadership and Bold Decision-Making.
• Proven track record in Commercial Strategy, Financial Performance, and Multi-Departmental Hotel Operations.
• Swiss Nationality or the Legal Right to Work in Switzerland, paired with dynamic experience in the country’s high-performance hospitality landscape.
• In-depth Knowledge of Swiss Hospitality Regulations and Compliance Standards, with hands-on experience navigating local employment frameworks and industry protocols.
• Exceptional skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.
• Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
• A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensures every aspect of the Operation is perfectly curated.

Key Responsibilities

• Champions every facet of Hotel Operations, becoming the Face of the FIVE Zurich Journey, from curated Rooms and vibrant Nightlife to sensational Food and Beverage, and transformative Wellness experiences.
• Elevates every Touchpoint of the Guest Journey, delivering immersive, unforgettable and high‑voltage experiences that Define the ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
• Spearheads internal projects and innovation initiatives In Partnership with Departmental Leaders, ensuring FIVE Zurich remains a Trailblazing luxury lifestyle destination.
• Curates and executes Disruptive Sales and Marketing strategies that amplify FIVE Zurich’s visibility, capturing the Spotlight both locally and on the international stage.
• Drives Financial Brilliance through bold budgeting, meticulous forecasting, and maximised revenue flow, ensuring Exceptional Profitability across All Departments.
• Strategically oversees labour, supplier partnerships, and property‑level Spend with visionary Cost‑Control initiatives that Drive Impactful flow‑through to the bottom line.
• Collaborates with Ownership and the Group Executive Leadership Team to align performance, profitability, and cultural leadership with FIVE’s exponential Growth Objectives.
• Leads proactive Risk and Crisis Management protocols, championing Best‑In‑Class emergency response procedures to Protect the Integrity of the FIVE brand.
• Ensures strict adherence to Swiss Hospitality Regulations, with Seamless compliance across employment law, safety protocols, and operational standards.
• Cultivates a magnetic Workplace Culture by energising FIVE Tribe Members, leading performance development, and inspiring Next‑Level Talent Retention across FIVE Zurich.
