TLNT1_CH Key Responsibilities Wash, dry, iron, press, fold, and finish hotel linen, uniforms, terry items, and guest laundry in accordance with hotel quality standards.
Inspect all laundry items for stains, damage, or wear, ensuring items requiring special treatment or repair are handled appropriately.
Operate and maintain laundry equipment safely and efficiently, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance requirements promptly.
Ensure clean linen and uniforms are processed, organized, and distributed to the relevant departments in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic laundry area while adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Handle all hotel and guest property with care and professionalism, ensuring the highest quality of service at all times.
What We're Looking For Hands-on approach with a ‘can-do!' work attitude Commitment to delivering exceptional guest services with a passion.
Experience in a Luxury Hotel in the laundry department is an advantage.
Must be proactive with a meticulous eye for detail.
Must be highly organized and energetic and possess the ability to get the job done.
