TLNT1_CH Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for leisure FIT and group inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses Support sales conversion by qualifying client needs and assisting with proposals, RFPs, and site inspections Manage FIT and group bookings, including room blocks, rooming lists, contracts, and booking administration Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively promote the hotel's services, offers, and facilities Ensure accurate data management across CRM and booking systems, and support reporting and sales coordination Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery for confirmed bookings and special requests Assist with departmental projects, sales activities, and provide support to the Sales Events team during peak periods Uphold company standards, policies, and service excellence at all times What We're Looking For Strong administrative, organisational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and a customer-focused mindset Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel systems such as OPERA, Salesforce, Cvent, MeetingPackage or similar is an advantage 1–2 years of experience in sales or events coordination, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment Valid Swiss or EU passport, or a Swiss work permit with the right to work in Switzerland Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus The Team ‘FIVERs' are Cultured yet Chic, Confident yet Self-Effacing, and Work Hard to Play even Harder.
