TLNT1_CH Key Responsibilities Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of all spa facilities, including treatment rooms, changing rooms, relaxation areas, showers, toilets, and guest areas.
Maintain high hygiene and safety standards throughout the spa at all times.
Replenish towels, amenities, beverages, and guest supplies as required.
Conduct regular inspections of the spa facilities and report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions.
Support the spa team in preparing treatment rooms and guest areas.
Ensure locker rooms and wet areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Assist with laundry handling and the distribution of clean linen.
Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner and respond to their requests promptly.
