Verantwortungsbereiche

• Coordinate and direct budget preparation and financial forecasts
• Analyze business performance and report variances
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Prepare and drive costing update processes
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting
• Maintain compliance and internal controls within area of responsibility
• Lead continuous improvement of business processes and financial performance measurement (KPI)

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Bachelor in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years in a similar position
• Business controlling experience in an international environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
• Excellent analytical/detail orientation
• Proficient with Office365
• Self-driven, well organized, independent

• Fluent in English and French
• Strong Excel skills and ability to provide comprehensive business reports
