We are looking for a Business Development and Sales Intern who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can assist our business development team. About the Role – Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs. – Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets. – Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps. – Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook. Responsibilities – Develop a deep understanding of our business and industry, and proactively identify strategic or operational opportunities to drive additional value for the company. – Proactively seek, identify and validate new business opportunities in the market. – Develop strategic initiatives from conceptualization to implementation of strategic initiatives; proactively improve processes for you and the team. – Support our sales team by preparing sales documents, responding to customer requests, and filtering requirements from potential customers. – Support our marketing team by helping to develop creative briefs and public-facing documentation, gathering customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies and increase customer engagement – Prepare internal and external presentations and reports. About you – Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotes. – Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or other CRM software a must. – Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with business and tech teams. – Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills. – Excellent written and verbal communication in English. German is a plus. – Experience in technology related B2B companies a plus.
