Deine Rolle

• Als Teil des Legal & Compliance Teams bearbeitest du Rechtsthemen aus dem Vertrags-, Zivil-, Wettbewerbs-, Handels- und IT-Recht
• Du erstellst und bearbeitest Verträge und AGB
• Mit deiner juristischen Fachexpertise führst du Vertragsprüfungen und -freigaben durch
• Dabei bist du erster Ansprechpartner für das ganze Unternehmen bei jeglichen rechtlichen Fragestellungen und berätst deine Kollegen gewissenhaft
• In einzelnen Fällen kommunizierst du direkt mit externen Rechtsanwälten zu gerichtlichen und außergerichtlichen Vorgängen

Dein Profil

• Mindestens erfolgreich abgeschlossenes, juristisches 1. Staatsexamen oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss (Bachelor/Master of Laws oder ähnlich)
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Unternehmensjurist. Erfahrung in E-commerce ist ein Plus!

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
• Empathievermögen und eine kritisch hinterfragende Denkweise
• Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und gleichzeitig die Fähigkeit, fokussiert und eigenständig zu arbeiten

For this role, we have a salary band between €54.100 and €65.300 gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
